CA Fastigheter AB with its more than 200 subsidiaries constitutes the real estate business of the CA group. During our 110 years we have build up a mixed portfolio of properties which we try to develop and improve based on a long-term investment perspective. The business is mainly focused to Sweden. Beside Sweden investments has been made in a number of European countries over the years. For the time being, CA Fastigheter has six regional offices in Sweden, as well as operations in Berlin, Tallinn, and Málaga.
Company Introduction
The property portfolio is a mix of residential properties, office, retail and warehouse buildings indicating that the CA group prefers a diversified portfolio, not too dependent on a specific segment. The total income producing area amounts to approx. 709,000 sqm. In Q1 2025 the property value of turnover properties was 336 million SEK.
The property value of the investment properties is 15.3 billion SEK.
Real estate developments is an important part of CA´s business. Over the years all types of properties have been developed. Being able to take on different types of projects means that CA is able to adapt to different demands in different business cycles. For the time being there is a demand for residential properties which explains why CA´s ongoing developments, for the moment, are mainly focused to that segment.
CA Fastigheter, with subsidiaries, reports a stable level of profits for 2022. A significant factor contributing to the result is the good operating profit for property management, which, despite a lower management volume compared with previous years, is still maintained in nominal terms, and continued strong results of our project activity.
